Practice information

Evening Harbor Psychiatry LLC provides adult outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management in New York. The practice owner serves as privacy official. Billing is primarily through Alma and Headway, with possible direct cash-pay services. Confirmed self-pay rates are $250 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $175 for a follow-up visit. These are self-pay charges, not insurance copays or a substitute for an individualized Good Faith Estimate.
